Share real experiences—both wins and pain points—to help neighbors make informed decisions.
Constructive & Specific
Offer actionable details: response times, maintenance quality, fee clarity, and how issues were resolved.
Respectful & Safe
No personal attacks or private info. Keep it professional and focused on the community experience.
What we welcome
Do- •Clear timelines (“During my 2 years here…”)

- •Before/after fixes and board responsiveness
- •Helpful photos of shared spaces and maintenance
What we remove
Don’t- •False or duplicated reviews
- •Personal attacks or hate speech
- •Private contact information
- •Spam, promotion, or off-topic content
Photo standards
Show common spaces, maintenance issues, and improvements. Avoid private homes, people without consent, or identifiable info.
Reporting & moderation
Use “Report” on any review to flag issues. Our moderators review reports, remove violations, and may warn, suspend, or ban repeat offenders.
