❌ What's Not Allowed
False Information
Don't post fake reviews, false claims, or misleading information about HOAs.
Personal Attacks
Don't name, shame, or personally attack individual HOA board members, staff, or other residents.
Hate Speech
Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence against any group is strictly prohibited.
Spam & Self-Promotion
Don't post promotional content, advertisements, or multiple reviews for the same HOA.
Private Information
Don't share personal contact information, addresses, or other private details.
📝 Review Writing Best Practices
Be Specific
- Mention specific timeframes (“During my 3 years living here...”)
- Describe particular incidents or experiences
- Include relevant details about fees, rules, or services
Be Balanced
- Include both positive and negative aspects
- Acknowledge improvements you've seen over time
- Consider different perspectives

- Our moderation team reviews all reports
- Violating content may be removed or hidden
- Repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended
- You'll receive a notification about the outcome

Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content Removal: Violating reviews or comments will be deleted
- Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning
- Temporary Suspension: Repeat or serious violations result in account suspension
- Permanent Ban: Severe or persistent violations lead to permanent account termination
