GraderHood is a platform that allows homeowners to rate and review their Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Users can share experiences, upload photos, and provide feedback to help other residents make informed decisions.

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your password and account

- You will not post false, misleading, or defamatory information
- You will not violate any laws or third-party rights
- You will not post spam, promotional content, or advertisements
- You grant GraderHood a license to use, display, and distribute your content
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false identity information
- Post multiple reviews for the same HOA

GraderHood reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We use automated and manual moderation to maintain a safe and helpful environment for all users.
